About Carol
Professional and Personal Statement
Carol has always held a passion for working with people to inspire and support their empowerment. She believes that it takes courage to live with integrity. Although she has met many people who have achieved an incredible degree of outward success, they still struggle with an inner hunger, a deep need for personal congruency and meaningful, healthy, growing relationships with other people. She believes:
- There is nothing more powerful than compassion
- Parents hold the key to guide their children to their full potential
- The power is in the quiet ordinary moments of each of our lives.
- It is never too late to change
- It's always your move
- Life calls us to celebrate the children we have
- Listening-requires patience, openness and the desire to understand-highly developed qualities of character
- Emotional strength
- Endless opportunities
Transformation happens in our minds as we disassociate with old patterns of thinking and reacting and create new neuropathways in the brain. We are actually building new connections when we have new experiences and feelings. This is what we want to happen for these over charged children who have gotten off on a negative path that will not help them to be better adults. There are endless opportunities to change our thinking and therefore our world.
