How Carol is Different

Nurtured Heart and Moore!

The Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA):

Carol believes in transformation from the inside out. Her goal is to empower families to discover and live true to the highest and best in them. When parents tap into this space-feeling safe, secure, and validated- they can affirm the essential worth, identity, and integrity in their children. Self-defeating patterns can be changed to new patterns, new habits of effectiveness, happiness, and trust-based relationships.

The most recent research in psychobiology and neuroscience has demonstrated that children are born with billions of brain cells, probably all they'll ever need in their lifetime. However, the way in which that brain gets wired and which brain cells get used depends on parents and their child's environment.

Transformation happens in our minds as we disassociate with old patterns of thinking and reacting and create new neuropathways. We are actually building new connections (neuronets) when we have new experiences and feelings supported by compassion.
