Group will last for about an hour and is for all levels of mediation. The group starts with some discussion of meditation and its profound effects on the body and mind. During meditation we may focus on the breath, listen to music, or guided visualizations. The goal of this group time is to become grounded and centered and a little calmer!! Take time now to reduce any stress in your life!!!
