I do not take insurance but I can give you a superbill, which you can then give to your insurance company. You need to find out what they will accept.
I have a courtesy request-- that you allow at least 48 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps other clients and myself to make best use of time.
If there is an emergency or sudden ill health we can discuss this. I charge my full fee for missed sessions.
I am not a doctor and do not prescribe drugs or make medical judgments.
Within the limits of the law I must maintain confidentiality with and about all clients.
